RICHMAIN 2020: A Year In Focus

When anybody mentions 2020 in the future, it will always be met with the exhale of “phew, what a year!”

Indeed, we have never experienced a year quite like it, but it has shown us how well we perform, no matter the circumstances. We couldn’t be more grateful to our team and proud of the work achieved during unusual and difficult events.

Let’s treat you to some highlights.

#1
A Year Of New Clients

COVID-19 has harshly impacted the retail sector, yet, we have had the skill, reputation and expertise to continue to win new clients. While it is true that some of these clients approached us for closing down graphics installs, many of our new customers were involved with store signage this year.

For LONDIS, we worked on not only the storefront graphics installation but also the point of sale displays within the store. In a challenging year, LONDIS responded well to customers with a bright and hopeful display.

#2
Resilient and Agile

What 2020 has proven above all else is that the Richmain team can rise to the challenges posed. We adapted to the new normal, ensuring that we remained busy throughout.

A great example of the way Richmain has adapted came in the second lockdown in November. Within two weeks, the team was able to install graphics in 200 Currys stores nationwide and 18 Starbucks stores. Clients are posing unique challenges to our team and our ability to respond, while putting the necessary safety procedures in place, means we are making the times in lockdown work for us.

#3
Looking To The Future

With the confidence we have gained as a business this year, with new clients and our flexibility to take on new challenges, we are looking to the future.

First, we are hiring and expanding our workforce. Are you looking to push forward your graphic installation career? You may want to look at our Careers section or our LinkedIn profile for more information on your next job. You could work for a company that has completed assignments involving well known brands, such as Boss, Versace, H & M, Kurt Geiger, River Island, and so many more.

We have also used the lockdown period to update our branding. The rebranding includes a new website, new social media channels, a new approach to marketing and new work uniforms for our teams. We believe that those responsible for the image of our clients should cherish their own brand too.

We would like to thank all our new and existing clients and our team who spearhead our success. We look forward to the new year, as most of you will too, hoping that things will return to some sort of normal
